What is Makal's Return Policy?

Makal silk products are handcrafted to order and does not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final. If there is a problem with your purchase when you receive it, please contact us immediately at hello@makal.ca. If we do not have your order already in stock, we make it to order. Please allow 2-3 weeks to get your custom orders made.

Damaged Product and Returns Due to Our Error

If there is a mistake with your order, or products arrive damaged/defective at the time of receipt, we'll make it right by:

  • Replacing the product or
  • Issue a refund
  • And we'll also cover the cost of any return shipping
